Kugihan’s Grind Pass: Terms & Conditions

  • One (1) stamp is earned for every drink purchase from Kugi Hub’s drink menu.

  • Only drinks purchased at Kugi Hub are eligible for stamps.

  • Multiple drinks purchased in a single transaction will be counted individually. Example: purchasing three (3) drinks earns three (3) stamps.

  • Stamps are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered card holder.

  • Lost, damaged, altered, or tampered loyalty cards may not be replaced or honored.

  • Rewards are available on a first-to-complete basis. Customers who first complete either the 10-stamp or 20-stamp tier may choose from the available rewards at the time of redemption.

  • Rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  • Free rewards may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or other items.

  • Reward redemptions must be claimed within the promo period of June 1 to July 31.

  • Seat upgrades are subject to space and seat availability.

  • Kugi Hub reserves the right to verify purchases before awarding stamps or approving reward redemptions.

  • Fraudulent activity, duplicate cards, misuse of the program, or abuse of the mechanics may result in disqualification.

  • The Kugihan’s Grind Pass promo runs from June 1 to July 31 only.

10 Stamp Tier Rewards

Customers who complete ten (10) stamps within the campaign duration may choose one (1) available reward from the following:

  • Two (2) free Kugi drinks on your next visit. Valid during the campaign & within one (1) month after the campaign ends.

  • One (1) 15” Leather Laptop Bag

  • One (1) 500ml Tumbler

Rewards are available on a first-to-claim basis and are subject to availability.

20 Stamp Tier Rewards

Customers who complete twenty (20) stamps within the duration may choose one (1) available reward from the following:

  • Two (2) Free Seat Upgrades (Pay for Open Space and enjoy a free Focus Space upgrade). Valid during the campaign & within one (1) month after the campaign ends.

  • One (1) Kugihan Kit (Notebook + Pen + USB)

  • One (1) Inplay HN620 Headset

  • One (1) Month of ChatGPT Go

  • Two (2) Brewed Coffee stubs. Valid during the campaign & within one (1) month after the campaign ends.
