Do I need experience?

None at all. Your instructor will guide you through everything from the start.

What design should I submit?

Keep it simple for your first time — 2 to 3 colors, geometric or straight-edged shapes. Avoid tight curves, circles, and small details. These are difficult to execute with a tufting gun and will slow you down.

How many yarn colors can I use?

We recommend using 2–3 yarn colors for your design, especially if it's your first time tufting.

Simple color palettes and designs with fewer small spaces, thin lines, or tight curves are much easier to work on and usually produce better results. While you're welcome to use more colors, keep in mind that more color changes and finer details will take more time and require better control of the tufting gun.

When do I need to send my design?

Within 48 hours of booking. If we don’t receive your design within that timeframe, you’ll need to draw it by hand on-site, which may take around 30 minutes from your 3-hour session.

How do I pay?

We accept GCash and bank or e-wallet transfers. No cash. Full payment is required to secure your slot.

Will my design cover the whole frame?

Not entirely. The tufting gun can’t reach the wooden edges of the frame, so there will naturally be a small border around your design. We account for this when preparing your frame.

How do I pick my schedule?

Available slots are shown on the booking calendar. For group bookings (maximum of 6 pax), message us on Facebook or Instagram to arrange a schedule.

What if I don't finish in time?

Completion depends on your pace and the complexity of your design. If you don’t finish within your session, we’ll cut and apply the backing to whatever portion is completed. If you think you’ll need more time, you may add 1 extra hour for ₱200 (advance payment required).

Do I take my rug home the same day?

Yes. Once your rug is finished, we’ll trim and finalize it on-site so you can take it home after your session.

Is there parking?

Yes — on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds. Rescheduling is allowed once only and must be coordinated directly with us within 2 weeks of your original booking date. A ₱500 rescheduling fee applies. If the session is not rescheduled within that window, the booking will be considered used and forfeited.

Is this okay for kids?

For safety reasons, we do not recommend tufting for kids under 15. The tufting gun is heavy and operates at high speed.

Can two people share one booking?

Yes. One booking includes one frame, good for 1–2 persons. You’ll share one (1) tufting gun and work on one (1) rug together.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Yes. We offer light bites in the studio, but outside food and drinks are welcome too.

Do I need to arrive early?

Yes — please plan ahead and arrive 30 minutes to 1hour before your session starts as there will be briefing. Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Can I make multiple pieces (e.g. mug coasters) in one frame?

No. Each booking includes one (1) frame for one (1) design only. Please note that while the frame measures 25 × 25 cm or 50 × 50 cm, the entire frame is not tuftable. We need to account for the wooden border that the tufting gun cannot reach, as well as the allowance needed for the backing and finishing of your rug. We recommend choosing one simple, beginner-friendly design that you can focus on and complete during your session.

What should I expect?

Rug tufting is fun — but it can also be a bit of an arm workout. The tufting gun works fast and may feel heavy after a while, especially for first-timers. Don’t worry though — most people get the hang of it within the first few minutes, and your instructor will guide you throughout the session.
